Full praise to Rajish on reception. Any issues and he sorted them straight away. He was also helpful with information and arranging taxis. The hotel is an uphill walk from Mcleodganj but that's fine without luggage. Fantastic views from the rear facing rooms towards Bhagsu which is a quieter alternative to Mcleodganj. I had good food from the restaurant but most people ate in their room. Close to TIPA and there were free performances while I was there.
The views and a balcony were my favourite parts.
Can get cold in the room and the restaurant. Note that not all rooms have a valley view.

Mold & mildew issue in property
All pillows and blankets were moldy. The men running the hotel didn’t seem to notice the dirt and filth.

Loved how clean, well-designed, and comfortable the room was. Staff was friendly and eager to help. Really tasty and affordable food was also available.
I wish there was filtered water available, wasn't very convenient to ask staff in the kitchen to refill my water bottle every time.

Personnel très agréable et serviable, ils ont toujours répondu à nos demandes.
Les chambres sont plus vieilles qu'elles n'y paraissent, pas de table type bureau si on veut travailler, pas de cintres dans la penderie, mais le pire était l'arrière de la porte de la salle de bain pleine de moisissures (idem dans la chambre de mon ami).
