I had a wonderful stay at Premier Inn Dubai Dragon Mart Hotel for two days starting 22 October 2025. I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to Riyas at the reception and the hotel management for their exceptional hospitality and outstanding customer service.
After travelling by road from Qatar to Dubai, we arrived at the hotel around 5:00 AM, exhausted from the long journey and an unexpected delay of nearly two hours at Saudi immigration. Unfortunately, I discovered upon arrival that my Booking.com reservation had been cancelled due to a credit card issue, which I had not been aware of.
Despite this stressful situation and the unavailability of rooms at that early hour, Riyas handled everything with remarkable professionalism, patience, and kindness. He asked my family and me to wait in the lobby and, at exactly 8:00 AM, arranged a room for us. To make the experience even better, he provided complimentary breakfast for my family and charged us the same rate as our original Booking.com booking.
I was truly impressed by his willingness to help, his understanding of our situation, and his genuine concern for our comfort. His actions turned what could have been a very difficult start to our trip into a positive and memorable experience.
A special thank you to Riyas and the entire hotel management team! Your hospitality, flexibility, and commitment to guest satisfaction are truly appreciated. Riyas is a real asset to your team, and his excellent service deserves special recognition.
