Lovely place in the countryside with excellent food. Very clean, friendly and well equipped.

Walk outdoors (in the rain) from room to pub (although umbrellas are provided)

Beautiful room, excellent location, good breakfast.

I thought the dinner was a bit expensive.

6 / 10Average·Jun 2026

We stayed for three nights. The room was very attractive, dinner was excellent and the hotel is located in a beautiful area.

Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the property. Check-in was confused and unprofessional. We were told that no twin room was available, although our room turned out to be a twin room. The heating had also been left on at full power despite very warm weather, making the room extremely hot on arrival. Throughout our stay, some staff members were unfriendly and unwelcoming. Breakfast service was slow and inattentive, and our room was not serviced, with the beds, used cups and tea supplies left untouched. Overall, the hotel itself has a lot of potential, but the disorganised and unfriendly service created an uncomfortable atmosphere.
