The host was amazing! Very accommodating and responsive, he made sure we were well taken care of and that we knew that we could contact him should we need anything. The location was good as well, it was easy to find public transit and get to the places we wanted to see, as well as being in good distance to a Morrison's and other quick eateries. Great tv with smart capabilities that had the function to automatically log out of any subscription services at check out
The shower was VERY small and was quite a shocker. It was difficult to actually have a shower without rubbing against the walls and there was no space to have toiletries in it except on the floor, which meant having to put my head down and rub against the wall to grab them

the nice, quiet neighbourhood, close to two Lochs and Arthur's seat, friendly host, and a very nice surprise with the EU socket adapter in the room!

Comfy bed.
Responded in good timeframe to texts.
No food available at the premises despite "b&b" on >2 websites.
A double-sized room, but 3 beds so no desk/chair.
Stale smell throughout drab, down-at heel premises.
Someone hawking and spitting up their lungs nearby.
Cramped++ bathroom, hair on the floor.
Standard on-street parking 5 mins up the road.
