Location suited our particular locational needs.
The bathroom was upgraded and quite pleasant.
The carpet in our room had seen much better days. The bathroom door (inside) was very shabby.
The coffee and tea supplies were very much at the budget end of the market.
The stair wells were not regularly cleaned - old cigarette butts were on the landings and the handrails needed a lot of cleaning.

This was clean and well appointed and relatively quiet for the location
It served a purpose and was clean with an updated bathroom

Everything. Staff were excellent.
N/A perfect stay

Tram across the road so convenient to transport
The bed linen and pillows desperately need renewing. One staff member in reception needs to take his personal hygiene seriously. He also needs to change his attitude. Argued about the laundry opening time although the sign clearly stated opening at 9am. He felt he was doing us a favour opening at 9.30.
I have stayed here previously because of the parking facilities but probably won't again. The carpets are in poor condition and need replacing.
