The staff were amazing and it has great views and a peaceful atmosphere
They didn’t have WiFi in the rooms unfortunately but you can ask them to bring a router. It will be better to have WiFi available in all the rooms

We like the location. Staff is very friendly. Food was delicious.
Service issues like everywhere in Rwandan midrange options. No big deal. They make up for is with kindness and cappuccinos on the house. ;)

The lovely, large room in a private setting and with an amazing view on the lake and the volcanoes.
Delicious food and coffee.
Attentive staff.
Pressure to check out early communicated unexpectedly and last minute.
