Excellent location.

The guest house was very clean and in a nice neighbourhood with lots of eateries. The bonus is that it is within walking distance to St Peter's Basilica and the vatican. Although it did not offer breakfast but there is facility to cook, heat up food and make tea or coffee.
I did not see any hotel staff apart from the cleaning ladies. Any enquiries was though the door phone or whatsapp. it felt a bit weird.

No breakfast. Proximity to the Vatican excellent.
Light in the kitchen was a motion light so while sitted eating it kept on turning off. Had to stand up to put it on again. Should have a steady light. For first time visitors there should have been a person to give instruction on how to get in the property when they arrive.
