GREAT LOCATION! Easy access to sites, activities, restaurants, shopping, amenities. 15 minutes to Denver! And Meow Wolf! 25 mins to Boulder! 5 mins to the amazing Majestic View Park and Olde Town Arvada. Close to the Wheat Ridge greenbelt, Red Rocks Amphitheatre, great restaurants and shopping. Good access to skiing and casinos—only 15 minutes to the east entrance to the mountains. Close to neighborhood parks (3 blocks to Majestic View Park). This home is fully stocked and furnished to make your stay perfect! 2 separate TVs (70" and 65" SMART TVs) and 2 family rooms for entertainment, foosball, board games and hanging out with family and friends. Memory foam mattresses on king, queen, full and twin beds. Black-out blinds for a great night's sleep. High-speed internet. Full kitchen that is stocked to make cooking easy. Seasonal grill (available Memorial Day to end of September). Unwind in the private back yard or under the wonderful, spacious covered patio with Edison lights, seating and outdoor games.

From the moment we booked, communication with our host, Pam, was excellent. She was responsive before, during, and after our stay. She proactively reached out as needed. We were a party of 7 adults.The property is exactly as described. The main level has two bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, and TV. The basement includes two additional bedrooms, another living area with a second TV, a foosball table, and laundry room. There is a garage that could park two vehicles along with a nice-sized driveway for more cars, if needed.The home was clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed, including paper products, laundry detergent, cookware, dishes, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a blow dryer. We appreciated the thoughtful welcome touches of chocolates and bottled waters after a long day of travel.The backyard is charming, and we enjoyed grilling one evening and watching bunnies each morning. The location was perfect for visiting Red Rocks, downtown Golden, the Denver Museum of Nature & Science, hiking, and more. We also found a lovely nearby park with walking trails and a small nature center. It's close to grocery stores.A couple things to note: the older wood floors are creaky, so footsteps can be heard at night, and the king mattress was firmer than we prefer. A soft mattress topper would improve comfort for those who like a softer bed.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone visiting the Denver area.

The property was exactly as advertised and more. Pam was a great host and stayed in contact to make sure we had what we needed. We flew in, dropped our stuff and immediately had a show to get to in red rocks. No worries because the fridge was stocked with water and ice and the Keurig was ready to go in the morning with K cups, sugar and creamers. All of the beds were memory foam and comfy and the bathrooms have both been updated very nicely. Great appliances, great outdoor space and within a reasonable distance to tons of things to do.

Pam is an amazing host! The property worked perfectly for our group, check in and out was a breeze! There is a fabulous view from the front porch over the city and everything you need is nearby. The house is beautifully kept and comfortable. You can settle right in for a lovely week in a home away from home. Easy to get to all major roads and desired destinations. We spent many evenings and mornings on the back patio it is set up so well and is a fabulous spot to relax after a day of exploring. You will not regret spending your time here!
