View, comfortable beds and chairs, well equipped kitchen and home, nice artwork, good fire and lots of wood. Clean, nice linen. Lovely garden and lots of birds.
A little warm in the afternoons, would need aircon in summer. More stairs at back than expected but ramps appreciated. Friend felt bit exposed on ground floor at night as no blind on door or stairwell.

We were so lucky beautiful weather therefore sitting on the balcony in the evening was great. Short walk to town. Just a pity we didn’t stay longer to use the barbecue. But it rained the day we left but guess then we could have used the fire!

What a lovely property. Well appointed, comfortable and very clean. Easy access to town and all st Helens has to offer. Strong wifi, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom.
Would have been nice to have a bit of milk provided so we could have a cuppa after the long drive.
