I travelled to Scottsdale for 10 days and was incredibly happy to stay at this home. It was advertised as quiet and that was absolutely the case. The backyard had a covered patio, pool and hot tub. The walls here were high enough to provide real privacy.The home itself was spotless from end to end. Plenty of plates, cutlery and glassware including plastic wine glasses to take outside. All the bathrooms were equipped with towels and shower supplies. The water pressure was nice and the water was hot.The home was real close to Old Town and the numerous stores and restaurant'sSome of the best things were the owner and his agent. Colin was very responsive if I had a question and Rebecca, his agent was equally helpful. The check in and check out process was seamless.If anyone is looking for a great home to stay in when in the Valley, this is the place for you.

Great house, excellent host and awesome location if you want to be close to shopping and restaurants. The patio and pool area are where we melted away the days in relaxation. The house had everything we needed and the host is super responsive to questions. We had a great time!!

Location of the house was the one highlight of our experience; being within walking distance of old town and close to restaurants. having stayed at many VRBO properties, we found the house lacking in basic appointments that one would expect from a higher end property, including a poorly equipped kitchen,9 barware, cooking utensils) no ice maker, kichen and patio dining seating for 4 in a three bedroom home. One master had an ineffective airconditioner. Outside lights did not fully function. During our stay, we notified the owner, but nothing besides the cable TV connection was remedied.
