Most of the staff was really kind and very helpful especially Yasmin (I think that was her name) she was the manager. Rooms were cleaned daily and was lovely and spacious. Breakfast was good and the location is amazing. Its super near to the female entrance.
The lifts were a big problem. The hotel is big and the lifts are too small so we were on the 3rd floor and took the stairs all the time. The staff however really tried their utmost to always assist with this regard. Even though there are multiple lifts, its just not enough. Also we asked one of the guys at reception to print something for us, tickets we needed. We offered to pay as well and he just said he couldn't do it. We went next door to the hotel there and they printed it with a smile for free! Guest services are very important. Our bathroom also leaked alot so maybe check that out. Room 313

Location and distance from Masjid AlNabawi
Elevators were very slow and always occupied by crowds, Lobby was always crowded and corridors were noisy.
Sleeping foams were bad and poor.
The furniture was very old.
Overall impression: It's a low profile hotel.
