Wonderful location, dead center of the historic area, everything is nearby and the host was immensely accommodating and sweet, caring, responsive. Overall very lovely and enjoyable. Brava!
Broken soap dispenser, but that is it.

Camera molto ampia, silenziosa, ben arredata e pulitissima.

Struttura molto curata e pulita.

Very nice terrace
Room was spacious
Check in time of 5pm was very inconvenient
The WiFi wouldn't connect. I had to wait a long time for someone to arrive to sort it out.
The shower only had 1 door. Water flooded out into the room and hallway.
Breakfast is a voucher for a nearby cafe. Only a glass of orange juice, 1 croissant, 1 cup of coffee

"The place Is in the Novara city centre near the end of the pedestrian zone. The room is clean and tidy. Breakfast is served in a nearby café and is typically Italian fare."
