The location is great, just a few meters away from Metro and the Monastiraki square, I stayed at Room 7 that I assume it's bigger than the other dorm room, it's spacious and have enough space to open luggage. The bathroom is clean tho the soap provided not in every bathroom, but i have no problem with that. I love the lounge (cafe) downstairs, very cozy and calm vibe. They sometime conduct an event/games that invite all the guests. The staff was awesome. Last but not least, they give a voucher for either tea/wine from the cafe.
I first received a bed with broken power plug and lamp, but they moved me to a new bed on the next day, but all good.

Service was excellent, got a free welcome drink, bathrooms were very clean and each bed had its locker and curtain for privacy.
The sides of the beds are metal, so whenever someone moves they can make an annoying sound. They weren't so bad, but I heard the sounds few times.

Bathrooms and showers were really nice. The breakfast options and other food on site was great priced and very tasty. Staff was great.
Very loud at night from outside and the mattress I had was very bad, with springs or something jutting up right where the ribs and low back are.
