Staff friendliness. Was ready to support me in whatever request.
Not related to the hotel per se, but Istanbul has heavy traffic overall. The area of the hotel is no exception.

We had a wonderful stay at Mercure Istanbul Altunizade. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with modern rooms and everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. We especially appreciated the comfortable atmosphere and the indoor swimming pool, which was a great bonus. The location was convenient for exploring Istanbul, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at Mercure Istanbul Altunizade. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality and genuine friendliness of the staff stood out.
The room was spotless, maintained to high cleanliness standards throughout my stay. It was well-appointed with great amenities, including a very comfortable bed, a well-equipped desk area, and a modern, fresh bathroom. An added bonus was the lovely, open view from the room, which provided a great sense of space after a full business day .
Overall, an excellent, relaxing hotel that delivers top-tier service. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next business trip to Istanbul!

Breakfast was good. Location was alright for our needs.
We had some problems not related to hotel and the staff were really helpful so much appreciated for that.
Did not hear the street sounds at all from hotel room.
We had plumbing problems in our room.
The toilet was making sounds all night, could not sleep, they could not fix it day one and fixed it next day - quite an annoying problem.
Shower was noisy when used but otherwise fine.
Bathroom facilities were quite old I suppose.
No place to hang jackets or longer cloth, the only space for that was occupied by ironing board which we had to move to the bathroom.
Lamp did not light up on my side of the bed, only lit up when the main lighting was on, on other side of the bed worked correct.
Windows were very very dirty.
