Staff were very nice & helpful!!! Bed comfortable. Place to smoke outside.
Never had hot shower. My last night of 4, they sent hot bucket of water… that was GREAT.
I had some uncaring roommates… noisy!!!

This was my second stay at a The Hosteller property. I decided to book The Hosteller Delhi after my stay at The Hosteller Agra. My comments will therefore be based on a comparison between my experiences at the two properties. I booked a bed in a 4-bed dorm, and like the Hosteller Agra, the beds were very comfortable. Some staff member were often coming in the room to do some cleaning. The A/C was reliable. WIFI was also available. The lockers are also big enough to fit all your belongings. Just don't forget to bring your own padlock, as you'll need one.
Towels are not included in the price, but you can rent one for around ₹115. They also offer several other services, including food, and the quality was good.
Location-wise, the hostel is only about a 3-minute walk from the Ashram metro station, which was really convenient.
A special shout-out to the staff, who were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Their welcoming attitude definitely contributed to a positive experience.
However, compared with The Hosteller Agra, I noticed a few downsides during my stay in Delhi.
First, unlike in Agra, the dorm rooms did not have keypad locks. This meant that anyone could easily enter any room, which was a concern from a security standpoint.
Second, several items on the menu were unavailable, even though they were still listed and could be ordered.
The Wi-Fi connection in the room was also not always reliable, which could be inconvenient if you need to work online.
Finally, I saw two cockroaches in the room during my stay, and both had to be killed.

I liked the property for being spacious,cleanliness but 8 bed mix dormitory having single washroom is absolutely disgusting and rubbish.laundry charges are extremely higher and service is poor not ironing the clothes and mixing other people's clothes in your order.cafe has been closed which is also disgusting.
