Gelebte Enttäuschungen ⁸

Liebevoll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus von innen wurde weitaus heller dargestellt, als in der Realität. Im ganzen Haus musste trotz Sonnenschein Licht angemacht werden. Außentemperatur 26 Grad, Innentemperatur 16-18 Grad, Heizung wurde erst nach 4 Tagen aktiviert. Lebensgefährliche Situation im OG, ein Vogel war durch die Decke gebrochen und hatte große Mörtelbrocken herunterfallen lassen. Fotos sind verfügbar. Durch den Vogel wurde der Gasdetektor aktiviert, Alarm wurde halbminütlich ausgelöst, obwohl jedesmal quitiert wurde. Detektor wurde von uns ausgebaut und dem ET übergeben. ...am 21.4.2026. Bei Anreise wurde eine Kaution von 300 € verlangt, anstatt 200 € und 80 € für den Hund. Bei Abreise sollte die Differenz, d.h. 300 € abzüglich 80 € für den Hund und 80 € für die Endreinigung zurückgezahlt bzw. überwiesen werden. Rückzahlung der uns zustehenden 140 € bis heute ...18.5. 26 nicht erfolgt. Weder bookingcom noch homerez haben sich bisher für die Rückerstattung eingesetzt. Der Eigentümer war weder telefonisch noch per Email noch persönlich seit dem 22.4. Zu erreichen. Zu unserer Reisezeit ...18.4. bis 25.4. muss damit gerechnet werden, dass man sich aufgrund der sehr großen Mückenplage nicht draußen aufhalten kann. Das bedeutet dass man den Vorgarten nicht nutzen kann und bei 16-18 Grad im dunklen Ferienhaus sitzt. Aus jetziger Sicht ist ein Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus und bei dem Eigentümer nicht zu empfehlen.

Die ruhige und durch die natürliche Umgebung geprägte Lage machen einen außergewöhnlichen Aufenthalt möglich mit wunderbarer Entschleunigung.
