Affordable stay with incredible views. It’s located right next to Ulriken starting point so the most obvious hiking option is really near. Breakfast was also quite good. I loved all the community events as well <3
Room can be quite cold in October even though I adjusted the temperature to warmer. Only one towel was given when you arrive.

Free parking was great + the view. I stayed in a private room. The mattress was very good and the shower had warm water. The kitchen had a good amount of space and cooking utensils, and at dinner time it was busy with talkative young folk. Good that there is a small grocery shop just 50m down the road. Breakfast was good enough if you like toast, sandwiches, muesli and boiled eggs.
The internet is only moderate in this location - streaming does not really work. The small table lamp was a safety hazard buzzing and hissing. The light blocking curtain was not big enough for the window.

The location is amazing with a great view over Bergen and right at the start of hiking trails. It is easy to access via bus from Bergen
The ladder for my bunk bed didn't hook on very securely
