Außergewöhnliches Hotel das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sehr gute Küche, super freundliches und engagiertes Personal. Tolle Lage mit beeindruckendem Blick zu den Gletschern. Sehr schöner Wellness-und Poolbereich.
Im Infinity und im Whirlpool war immer sehr viel Action, es war sehr laut durch die Kinder. Auch im dortigen Ruhebereich. Gäste sind teils von den Liegen geflüchtet und haben ihre Handys in Sicherheit gebracht, weil mit Anlauf in den Infinitypool gesprungen wurde. Nicht falsch verstehen, ich mag Kinder, aber ich gehe auch in ein Hotel dieser Klasse um mich zu erholen und die Eltern haben es mit Erziehung heute leider nicht mehr so.

Besonders geschätzt haben wir das extrem gute Abendessen in der Unterkunft und die schön gestaltete Pool- und Wellnessanlage. Das Panormaa ist kaum zu übertreffen. Für uns war das Hotel der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für eine Rennradtour aufs Stilfser Joch.
Der Infinity-Pool und Whirlpool war offiziell ab 16 Uhr Adults only. Leider hat sich daran kaum jemand gehalten. Wir würden es somit besser finden, die Regelung entweder ganz aufzuheben oder dafür zu sorgen, dass diese eingehalten wird.
Das Wlan war im Adults only Wellness-Bereich leider nicht verfügbar.

New building is nice. Breakfast was tasty and with beautiful view. People serving food were professional and polite. Swimming pool would be perfect if it was quiet, but it looks like this is family hotel and there are a lot of screaming kids. Do not expect quiet and cosy experience with your significant other. But if you are coming with kids, this is the place to be.
Be VERY CAREFUL when booking a room in this hotel. They have a lot of rooms in some old building, (there is only one picture of it with Lamborghini) all other exterior pictures are from new building next to the pool. They said i booked in the old building and asked for 45% more money to move me to the new building (I refused).
ALWAYS ASK if your room is in new or old building before paying since they charge your card the same moment and offer NO REFUND AT ALL for cancellatio even one month before arrival.
Some kids were screaming and yelling outside until 21h so chilling in peace in your balcony whirlpool is possible only at night. Also there is a church ringing every 15 min across the street. During whole night the whirlpool was humming (electric motor) and it was not possible to turn it off. And the fan in bathroom was working non stop even with lights off.
They do NOT CHANGE THE WATER in whirlpool between guests (so much chlorine in the water) so who knows in how much semen and spit from other people are you sitting in.
When we arrived at 18:30h initially we were told sauna is open until 19h and pool until 22h. A bit later that was changed to 19h both. So no sauna, no pool if you arrive after 17h. I was disappointed with the room we got because it was in old building and i am pretty sure pictures are at least done with HDR. They reacted on that saying no photoshop is used, and because i complained about hiding pictures and facts about old building they let us swim in the pool after 19h. But after 30 minutes those same kids came in the pool screaming and yelling so we left.
Also no garage or gated or secured or covered parking. We wanted a bit more secured parking since we came there with motorcycle.
My mistake was trusting images and hoping for a quiet and relaxing evening in a nice new building, that is why i give them 3 stars.
BUT if you come with kids by car, pay a lot more to get a room in the new building you would probably give them 5 stars.
