It was local to where i was working
Fire alarm going off and we it went off the halls had bus passengers luggage you had to squeeze past if it was a real fire this would be a real problem
But it wasn't a real emergency so all was good

The staff,the room,the view,the breakfast. Only booked because to be honest it was cheap but so pleasantly surprised all was great from the chap who checked us in the lady at the bar and breakfast ( which was fabulous) staff Nice basic room has everything you need

Friendly staff and nice room with good view. Good parking on site. Nice breakfast.
It didn't book an evening meal on time and there were no more reservations available so I had to drive into Fort William to get something to eat. I would have been nice if bar meals had been available.

Convenient location, clean comfortable rooms, nice bathrooms
Parking facilities were vastly overcrowded, and side road towards coach park where had to park had some diabolical pot holes. Several coach parties were there so not possible to eat dinner in the restaurant which was a major inconvenience for us as the reason we chose the hotel was because we wanted to park eat and sleep, but instead had to drive into Fort William which was crowded out and we really had to search for somewhere to eat - in the rain!
