Bathroom was spotlessly clean. 5 Star rating for cleanliness. The white cotton sheets and pillowcases were crisp and smelled lovely. This is a bargain priced hotel in a great location. Fantastic value. Breakfast has everything you could want. Given a larger room on arrival as it was available.
No complaints. A little noisy if you are a light sleeper. Entrance stairs could do with a clean as they are the first thing you see on arrival.

Location to town (BIC/Pier) is good, reception girl was friendly & rock bottom price paid.
Room smelled quite damp & weren't notified the spa/hot tub was out of action...in fact the did not respond to either of our messages sent via Booking asking about leaving the car before check in, or about the spa. Heating was on full whack with no obvious way to turn it down.
