We had a garden room which had a fantastic terrace with table and chairs looking onto the swimming pool. The room was spacious, lovely big bed and lots of stylish lamps, lampshades and rugs. The bathroom was spacious and beautifully decorated.
The breakfast buffet was good, a nice selection of eggs, pastries, great bread and fruit .The staff were fantastic and hospitable. The swimming pool was a little on the chilly side, but once in the water was great, the sunlounge area was clean, tidy and nicely set out. I also had a great massage, although work booking in advance as I would have booked more services if available.
The Riad is about 15 minutes taxi ride to the main Medina. We made a deliberate choice to stay further out to have more hotel space and a swimming pool - it was however c15 euros each way so do budget an additional 30 euros per day for transport to and from the Medina. There is no other way to get into the centre. The swimming pool and space was worth it for us but we were not prepared for the costs in advance.
The room had no hanging space so we literally lived out of the suitcase.

I almost don’t want to tell everyone how incredible Riad Jawad is because I want it to be available every time I return to Marrakech! Having stayed in Marrakech several times, I can honestly say this place is exceptional. The gardens are absolutely breathtaking, beautifully maintained and incredibly peaceful. The stunning traditional Moroccan architecture, lush greenery and beautiful surroundings make it feel like a little paradise.What makes this place even more special is the staff, who were genuinely welcoming, attentive and incredibly accommodating.
Having stayed in Marrakech on several occasions, I can confidently say this experience was simply exceptional. From start to finish, everything was wonderful. What truly made the stay special was the staff. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive, accommodating and genuinely went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.

Everything was great!
I would advise the service team to leave some space to put tips on the receipt. Right now you only have to sign the bill and tip is only possible in cash. We were unfortunately out of cash during our stay so couldn’t thank them with tip for their good services.
