Rooms were comfortable and clean. Located in the heart of the city which was perfect. Kitchen facilities were also of value.

The location was excellent. The staff were really pleasant, and helpful.
Room could have been a little cleaner.
8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
The excellent central situation in Jerusalem.
The reception area could be upgraded.
The lift door needs adjustment to close more gently and less rapidly.
There could very well be a lounge area for relaxation while waiting for one’s room.
