Very helpful staff before and after arrival helping with our plans which were affected by poor weather and ferry cancellations.
Contact via Booking was excellent and prompt and on arrival Via was amazing in sorting rooms on different bookings to avoid changes.
Own transport avail for transfers is welcome.
I feel bad for mentioning this but the hotel is set back up a road that has a climb to it. If using a taxi then that overcomes that but from the car park to the hotel is a long flight of stairs to carry bags or a driveway to pull them up. The staff is normally all female so no help available to guests with any mobility or age restrictions.
