The location was great - very close to the entrance into the old Town. We also were pleased to be able to park our car safely. The lady at the front desk (Lola) was fantastic and very helpful and helped with any questions we had.

The staff were wonderful. So very helpful, parked the car for us, came with me to collect it. It's a lovely setting and well thought out, beautifully presented in the lobby. The cafe is very good.
It's location is very good, just outside of the old city walls so you can take advantage of having a car with only a couple of minutes walk to the old town.
The room was a nice big size, big bed, plenty of storage.
Our bathroom light didn't work, the toilet seat was loose and the room could benefit from paint in places. BUT, these are minor things and we liked this hotel.
