The warmth and kindness of Yiannis, the host. The big garden with chairs and tables under the pine trees. The excellent Strophilia Taverna is a definite attraction, lovely friendly staff too. Koukounaries beach and supermarket an easy walk away.
I'd have preferred an apartment at the back of the building, with bigger balcony overlooking the vineyard and fig trees.

Clean apartment. In a nice location.
Neighbouring bar, Augestera is a gem.
Not a lot on site. Restaurant is ok, but not much of an atmosphere. Maybe because it was the last week of the season 🤷🏼♀️

Ottima posizione staff gentilissimo
Secondo la mia esperienza ci è mancato uno spazio interno per le serate un po più fresche considerando che eravamo in 4

The apartment was very clean, bed linen and towels changed every 2/4 days. The bus stop was just across the road and buses regularly ran to Skiathos town.
Yiannis the owner was approachable and helpful.
The strophilia restaurant on the same site was excellent and could recommend. Staff friendly
The apartment would benefit from update, new bathroom/kitchen and also a pool would be a bonus
