Staff were great - very accommodating and helpful. Particularly regarding special (gluten free) request for breakfast.
The view from the room facing the lake are amazing.
Avoid room 9!
The hotel facilities are very tired/old. We were expecting a nicer level of accommodation when we booked.
The heating could not be turned down in the room and it was extremely hot. The shower did not work properly.
