Room and bathroom were clean and as pictured, spacious enough and comfy. Host Marco made it easy to get to the building and were able to store bags after check-out. Wifi worked well.
Location was perfect for a few nights in Florence - walking distance from everything and very easy to get to.

Location was good . Rooms like picture but smaller . Welcome from owners was good with good info and a map & discount card off very good local restaurant.
Room was clean
It’s not a Bed & Breakfast! No breakfast ! An option to buy a voucher for 5 euros to use at a local cafe .. . The timings for coffee in the reception was bit restricted. Kettle and tea & coffee available in reception but no milk ?
Very small sign for ‘hotel ‘ shares the building with another bigger hotel entrance not that welcoming
like a big apartment with 5 en-suite bedrooms all very close together .No 24 hr reception . Although we did have a contact number to call if needed .
- supermarket across road . Very close to all tourist spots . Have to pay tourist tax . Fridge in room.
