Very comfortable bed. Peaceful night. Warm and cosy. Good walk-in shower
Accessing the property was a challenge thanks to the closure of Ballyrobin Road while I was trying to reach the hotel. If there are road closures like this guests should be alerted to the fact when making their booking. The booking was made the same day and it was only by asking a road worker to let me have access that I made it to the hotel at 22.00.

Convenient for airport
The staff serving the food at night were unresponsive and slow had to ask on a few occasions for them to clear plates and take orders. Food menu could also do with a lift need more choices
