The hotel was stylish and nicely designed from the entrance, to the reception, to the breakfast are and then also the rooms. The check-in was quick and easy. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was huge! Excellent big powerful shower. Comfy large double bed, the sofabed/chair was already made up and there were 3 x sets of towels available. Nice big window that opened properly to keep the room cool at night. Breakfast for children under 12 was free which I thought was excellent as it is usually so overpriced in hotels for children who hardly eat anything. Parking in the adjoining public carpark for €10 per day was excellent and very convenient with a door next to the lift in the car park straight into the hotel lobby. Shops & restaurants just around the corner so good location and 10 mins drive to the large Westfield Centro shopping mall. Overall we would return but would bring an extra blanket to make the sofabed softer and would not have the breakfast in the hotel and would ask for extra pillows upon reservation and/or check-in.
The sofabed/chair was a single but very hard and uncomfortable. There was no extra padding under the sheet and a single sheet was folded in half and laid on top, so every time you moved in bed the sheet was no longer underneath you, so not very hygienic. There was only 1 pillow per person and they were quite soft so sitting up in bed with a pillow behind you was not comfortable. I asked for an extra pillow 3x at reception before we actually got one which was disappointing. Eventually the 2nd day we got 2 x extra pillows and were able to use them as extra comfort on the sofabed. No smart tv unfortunately so only german tv channels available which was a shame. The safe was not working the 1st day but after asking for someone to fix it, this was done by the time we returned that evening. Unfortunately the breakfast was not very nice and the 2nd day we went out for breakfast instead. Undercooked mini croissants, overcooked scrambled eggs and sweaty cheese. Not a huge choice either, which was a shame.

The location and parking facilities were good. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The basin and air conditioning weren’t working. There was no coffee machine in the room. The people around looked a bit dodgy, and the floor looked like a prison.
