We will definitely return to this hotel.
This was a personal gripe but at no fault an issue of the hotel. We chose to visit mid October. We did not realise it was the German school holidays. We go on holiday to enjoy the tranquility of the spa, however the spa felt more like a kids club. Screaming children, diving, throwing balls. For us, it wasn't the tranquil environment we hoped for. Just a helpful recommendation- if you want a relaxing spa break, check out the German school holiday timetable and avoid the school holidays.

All staffs were amazing they were always smiling.
The beds in the rooms were horribly uncomfortable, extreme soft, so hard to sleep.
