A beautiful but unliveable ho
Neat and tidy house. All the accessories that you need in the kitchen. Spacious for the two of us.
Just the one wall mounted air conditioner/heater in the lounge that uses a timer. The house was cold and damp throughout as if the house had not been used for some time. The rep did provide us with a small fan heater for the bedroom we used, but was not adequate. We suffered from the coldness/dampness and the cold bedlinen. We tried to communicate several times with the rep (Silvia) using the phone number given to us, but the call was always cut off.
The agency NovaSol chat system said that there is no agent to talk to but to try later. We was compelled to leave the house early after staying three nights only for the sake of our health. We were fortunate that a couple we know in the area near velez malaga were kind enough to take us in for the remaining 7 nights in Spain at a further cost. This was very upsetting to us. We have enjoyed 3 previous holidays booked with booking.com and have been very happy.
This latest experience has shattered our confidence with booking.com to arrange any holidays in the future.l have never known of Novasol and hope that you will reconsider them using your platform to operate. Basically, I think that house is only suited for the summer season. One last thing, the water in the nice looking outdoor pool looked cloudy and did not want to swim in it. Please advise me the best way we should be compensated for this hard earned holiday.
