The location was fabulous, the kitchen had everything we needed, and we enjoyed the space the apartment afforded. Also the customer service was OUTSTANDING. Julie offered to meet us at the train station to walk us to the apartment which was next level service.
There were some stains on the couch and the shower had some mildew building up.

We had a very pleasant 10-night stay at The Carlyle by Nestor. The location was perfect, and the apartment was spacious, very clean, and well organized. Shops, supermarkets, and restaurants were all close by, with nearby Tube stations and bus stops making it easy to get around London. The staff were responsive via email and WhatsApp. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay!
