The office staff was excellent after there was a mix up with our booking
The booking site did not include 1 child in the booking. This created a problem for the office staff who at a very late night he helped with a mattress

Clean comfortable and easy location
A little dated but very clean for its age

A comfortable stay, the room was clean and the staff friendly. Outside the room door their was a small table and chair, but the proximity of cars made it a little awkward. The pool is more a plunge pool. It was not functional and covered. Location was very good, away from the center but within walking distance of the main park (about 20 minutes) and city center.
