1.Location is great. Close enough to. Old city and perfect beach is less than 1 minute away
2.responsive host. Always replied on all questions
3.baby cot provided upon request. Comfortable.
4.ventilators in sealing
1.parking. There's police department in front of the building. So there is no stop sign. So you cannot even stop to get your bag from car. The nearest place is I block away
Parking is in other building (3 blocks away) and access to the garage us not working properly. The accoss is granted either via application( which is crashing every 2 days) or via electronic key which also did not work. We had an accident on a departure day which was stressful as one of our group was late for train and his belongings were locked in the car in garage.
2.bathroom/kitchen facilities were outdated. Dishwasher was with broken panel though functinable.
3. suppliers. We were not provided with proper suppliers and those that were provided (like garbage bags) were not aimed for all stay (for example 2 garbage bag for 6 people for 1 week stay. Or 3 dishwasher pills ). So we had to buy everything (bags. Shampoo. Hair conditioner. Dishwasher pills. Etc)
4. Not suitable for people with baby stroll. As to reach the elevator you still need to pass around 10 stairs.

"Wonderful location. So close to the beach and an easy 15-20 minute walk into town. Accommodation was comfortable and had everything we needed. Mariano was a great host."
