Even though the 17th arrondissement is a little far from main attractions, the neighborhood is very nice and surrounded by restaurants. It's well connected as well. The room was small, probably wouldn't fit 2 pax luggage, but as a solo traveled I managed pretty well. The room was very clean, this was very important to me, and the hotel is well kept and quaint. The bed was comfortable with a plush duvet.
No complaints, really, just perhaps stronger espresso/capuccino at breakfast :D

We loved the hotel. Really clean and quiet and the staff were very pleasant. The location suited us as we had family also staying in the area.
The rooms were a little on the tiny side so if travelling with large luggage could be a tight squeeze.

We loved everything about this hotel. The location was amazing. The bed was comfy. Close walking distance to metro and all of the nearby streets had a lot to offer food wise, bakeries, wine, live music and ambiance. The staff was really nice and extremely helpful and accommodating. Someone said something about staying near the elevator being too loud but unless you’re an extremely light sleeper we barely heard it. Property was quiet and all the guests there were respectful about quiet hours. We can’t wait to come back to Paris we will definitely be staying here again!

La habitación estaba limpia
The hotel is still undergoing renovations and they didn't notify me so I could cancel and go to another hotel. It was quite uncomfortable being surrounded by construction workers throughout the building. Furthermore, the breakfast buffet was not a buffet at all; they only offered coffee, kiwi, orange juice, one croissant, and a boiled egg. On top of that, you had to drink your coffee right in front of the workers, a lot of noise and discomfort. The room had a main light that couldn't be turned off; you had to remove the room key card to switch it off. The hotel told us it was a problem with the instalation since the room had been recently renovated, but they couldn't fix it. Luckily, we went in April, a cooler time of year, so turning off the air conditioning to sleep wasn't an issue.
I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
