The bar and pool were definitely a highlight here. Unfortunately we did not have the weather to use the pool but it was lovely nonetheless.
The staff are what make the stay. They all seem relaxed and happy to be there and working together. The work hard to build a rapport and preemptive your needs.
Nothing is really applicable.

We have just returned from a weeks stay at Elixir and had a fantastic time. The hotel is lovely and peaceful, the service is outstanding and the rooms are comfy and clean - would highly recommend!
Any coffees (latte / cappuccino etc) other than a standard pot are chargable at breakfast which we were unaware of until we got the bill when we checked out after a week! So watch out for this, especially as they often bring them over without you even ordering!

We loved our stay!
Great location, beautiful setting, and the staff were sensational. My personal highlights were the spa, the pool table and the frozen beer glasses!
We will most definitely be returning.
Going home!
