Exceptional staff - we had 1 elderly guest who didn't speak German or English. The friendly staff helped her with everything she needed for a safe, comfortable stay.
Nothing. Everything was great!

room and bathroom
breakfast buffet was nice
it was 18.30 and no one was there for the check-in, one had to call a number to get in and get access to the key. A message informing us how to get in would have been welcome
the room was freezing because the window was left ajar in bathroom and room. It did not warm up even after the windows were closed.
the area does not feel safe
