The location was excellent for the sea front and trams whilst in a quiet place
Nothing to write about as was exceptionally good!

Location
Bar and restaurant on site
Room was dated and lacked any character.
Could hear every step the guests next door made due to the floorboards.
Water pressure in the shower and basin was poor.
There was a smell of cooking oil throughout the building.
