We were welcomed by Nazareth's beautiful smile and great sense of humour during check-in; other staff were also very helpful and courteous. The food was delicious, diverse and sufficient. The hotel is very close to the beach and a bus station for public transport. It was mango season, so there were delicious mangoes at the snack bar and in the fruit section throughout our stay.
The pool facility was always crowded.

Staff and common areas were nice. Breakfast was really good.
The rooms could definitely benefit from a renovation. The pool area can get really crowded, more sun beds would be nice but I'm not sure there's space

Good location. Good swimming pool array. Restaurant timings were flexible and the restaurant was casual and family friendly. Rooms cleaned daily.
Vegetarian food options in the buffet could have been far better and better labelled. Food was often quantity over quality, including drinks, which is a shame. Charges for pool towels to be washed was unnecessarily binding too.
