A charming old world hotel. The gloss had worn down over the years but it was she was still majestic. I’m just so sad she’s about to be given a revamp I just hope they retain the history you feel when staying.

Can't understand why this hotel is only rated as 3 stars - much better than most 4 star hotels I've ever stayed in. Big room, comfy bed, wonderful staff, excellent location (right by the railway station and only a 5 minute walk into town). Spa is great- my partner and I did the thermal circuit, which was very relaxing. The outdoor pool is lovely, very warm and no trouble getting a sunbed (although it might be different in peak season). Breakfast is excellent, with plenty of selection.
The only thing that inconvenienced us slightly was that the restaurant didn't open in the evening until 8.30pm. I appreciate that most of the clientele are Spanish and they eat late, but British and Germans tend to eat earlier. For this reason, we didn't use the restaurant in the evenings but went into town istead.

Good location for the station. Friendly staff Good wine. Restaurant was good.

Would like to know more history of the building.
Spa disappointing and dated.
Room was cold and need updating
Bar snacks need to improve
Wasn’t able to do a tour of the factory due an event in the hotel that took priority

The room was nice with a large terrace and pleasant outlook.
The was no individual aircon control for the room and it was very hot and stuffy. I spoke with the staff but no solution was offered. Also the restaurant didn't open till 8.30pm each night so if you wanted to eat earlier you had to go into town or just get bar snacks (like toaties) etc. I was also unimpressed with paper cups to have a coffee in your room, I would have thought for the price we paid the hotel could have had china cups in the rooms. Also they were not replaced each day!
