Location was excellent. 10 mins walk into the centre of Elche.
Staff are very helpful. Ana on reception was particularly helpful and professional. Parking is also great at around €6.50 per day.
Nothing

Comfortable room and very comfortable bed. Quiet. Lift access to room. Breakfasts very good and plenty of variety.
Bathroom tired and difficult for elderly people to take a shower having to climb into the bath.
Impossible to get snack food in the evening having eaten main meal at lunchtime in restaurant. No bar area inside. No inside car parking.
