We enjoyed our lunch and the interaction with hotel staff, who without exception were excellent.
Nothing comes to mind.

The hotel is absolutely stunning! From the moment you walk in you can feel the quality and everything is just to such a high standard!
It’s quite a walk into the centre but if we had taken taxis or the tram we wouldn’t have found some of the beautiful little narrow streets which are truly authentic Spain! It should not put you off the fact it is a good 20-25 minute walk. The hotel is sooo worth it.

Service was incredible! Rooms, breakfast, bar -- all wonderful. Over the top.

Room was ok
Took 40 minutes to check in
Given wrong directions to the car park resulting in having to navigate the traffic for 20 mins to get back to the hotel
Constantly waiting 10-15 mins for the lifts, 50% of the time used the staircase to/from the 8th floor
Waited 20 minutes in the restaurant to order drinks and food before leaving as it was clear that the wait would continue
