We had the absolute best time at this hotel. The restaurant food was amazing there was such a good selection and the quality of the food was excellent.
We went to the shisha lounge most nights and the couple who run this are so nice and kind. We also had our photos taken with Lion photography, the photos turned out to be incredible, I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a nice keepsake!
Nothing! I will 💯 come back to this hotel.

The resort is stunning, food choices (coming from a fussy eater) were so good and varied. No children this time with us but if they had of been they would have loved the choice.
The resort is spotlessly clean and beautiful. So many areas for private quite relaxing adult time, both in the hotel and outside pool/seating area’s. The staff especially the front desk and customer service team are the best I’ve ever spoken/dealt with. We had an issue with the location of our room (in front of the lift) and they went over and above to resolve the issue. I will definitely be returning with our family. First time to Turkey, never needed to go outside the resort.

I really enjoyed the location, the beach, and the quality and variety of the food.
The mattress was far too firm for my comfort, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the kitchen area onto our balcony. We were staying on the 7th floor, so I suspect it may have been related to the kitchen ventilation or exhaust system.
I had also read on Booking.com that the hotel offered heated indoor swimming pools. Although there was indeed an indoor pool, the spa staff member did not inform us that it was heated. Instead, she only showed us the pool available for an additional fee, presenting it as the heated option. This was confusing and disappointing.
Another downside was the high price of the à la carte restaurants, which cost around €30–40 per person. The private, shaded beach cabanas were also very expensive, at €115 per day. I believe these prices are excessive, especially considering that guests may already expect a certain level of comfort and amenities from the hotel.

There is so much to like about this hotel:
1. The facilities, particularly the swimming oools and entertainment areas
2. The quality and professionalism of the shows, parties, etc - these water truly first class and made our holiday
3. Lunchtime food options
4. All inclusive drinks options
5. Customer service around the pool area
However, some of the basics are lacking:
1. The hotel is a bit dated and a refurbishment programme of the buffet, lobby, internal bars and lingers is needed
2. The welcome and goodbye was very poor, no welcome drink, no showing you the hotel or explaining the concept, no assistance with a sick child, no thank you or did you have a nice time on leaving.
3. Room was nice enough but not 5 star. Bathroom was small and dated, small balcony, sheets and towels were poor quality, no bath and shower flooded the room, 4 hangers in the wardrobe, small bed and hard mattress
4. Language barrier as few staff speak English
