It was within walking distance to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and the Pantheon. Lots of good restaurants around and the Metro is right across the street.
Lots of stairs about 100 to the room. Bare minimum on toiletries. Most places we stayed had much more. Not even a bottle of water here.

Great location and easy to access, spacious room and very comfortable

It was our second time visiting and the location and everything is perfect, close to train station and famous spots but still a little away from the chaos.
Always well aware about the amount of stairs, you need to be fit to do it. Totally understandable and wouldn’t affect the rating.

Great location and views.
The room was tiny with not a lot of space to put anything - There was only a few hangers to put clothes on a rail. Lots of the things in the room were in need of repair e.g. the soap cannister, the toilet brush, some of the tiles, the hairdryer. We were there for 5 nights and the towels weren't changed until the second from last day. The Internet wasn't working the host was responsive, got this sorted and gave us a small discount. However this took days to rectify and when it was working, the signal was poor and we ended up still having to use our phone as a hot spot. Many stairs up to the property but this is not a complaint as we were aware of this, but may not be feasible for older guests.
