Those at the desk spoke English and were able to answer questions, and help us reserve a water taxi to take us to the man who was driving us to the Ravenna cruise port. The water taxi dock was tricky to find and an employee walked with us so we wouldn't get lost, and helped us get our luggage over the bridge stairs (we were 4 senior ladies). We also forgot to bring electric adaptors for the hotel stay and they were able to provide those. Breakfast was very good. Fresh coffee, teas, juice, meats, cheeses, hard boiled eggs, breads, jams, and pastries.
Nothing.

Well-located, big room, clean room and bathroom. Very nice breakfast too. Right in the center of town but not very loud at night and our room was right on a busy pedestrian street.
Beds were rather hard.
