The property was clean, all the facilities well maintained.
The position of the hotel was fantastic, few minutes from the train station.
Nothing everything and everyone was wonderful

The room was excellent and very big for a family of 3. It was on the top floor with a large open window and a view. The kitchen was available as well. Breakfast had everything that was needed. Our son enjoyed the selection a lot.
The beds were not very comfortable. Mattresses were very thin and beds made a lot of noise when you moved on them. Even the sofabed was not very comfortable.

Super close to Bergamo airport (10 min drive to P3 where we dropped our rental car off). Cool, quirky hotel. Good choice of breakfast options (served from 6.30am). Room was clean and spacious.
Only minor issue was that we arrived ~7.30pm and could see people eating in the restaurant (which smelled amazing!) We were not told what time the kitchen stopped serving and arrived there at 8.05 to find that we could not order. We walked 5 min down the road and got a take out pizza so it was not an issue but would've been nice to know! Also, bring ear plugs if likely to be disturbed by noise of planes.

The first night we had bugs in the room, like beetles. We were killing them but kept finding others. The breakfast is not very good. Not much fresh ingredients, more like packed snackes.
