The central location was great
Overall the hotel was very tired looking and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was very poor
The availability of the swimming pool facility was non-existant due to it being used for aquagym courses meaning that a non thermal treatment customer was treated as a second class customer
The breakfast was disappointing especially the hot options which looked very unappetising
Overall the experience was not as advertised on the booking.com site
