Perfect location with only a few blocks from the train station, one from the sandy beaches and lots of restaurants in the neighborhood. We had a large balcony with a beautiful view overlooking the ocean. The breakfast, which was served between 7 and 10:30, was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the daily happy hour at the onsite bar. Loved having Juan-les-Pins as a base for exploring the area.
Street noises until early hours of the morning! Despite keeping windows closed it was very noisy from people visiting bars or just walking around- and we were visiting during offseason.

Lovely hotel with large comfortable room. Parking space in hotel’s underground carpark. Less than 100 metres from sea front. Excellent aircon in room. Quiet. Bar with cheap wine during happy hour (red was the best). Friendly welcome and personal guidance down into car park.
A bit above our normal budget but for a one night stay with an excellent beach restaurant just down the road, after a long day on the road, it was just what we needed.
