We loved the hospitality of the staff, they were extremely friendly and accommodating. We were upgraded to the Konig Ludwig Suite I and the views of the garden was amazing. The spa facilities is clean and relaxing. The food was delicious, I recommend the half board option with breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack - trust me its worth it. The food was Michelin star quality - a breakfast buffet with plenty of options, the afternoon snack was a buffet that include an entrée, salads and desserts, and the dinner was a 4 course meal. I am 99% sure they used local ingredients from the nearby farms, because everything tasted fresh. Overall, we are very pleased with our stay. The hospitality of the staff before, during and after made the entire experience a 5 star stay. I highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a place to stay in this region.
The hotel layout can be confusing, but you get used to it.

Der Wellness Bereich
Das Zimmer und Bad hatte viele kleine und größere Mängel, TV viele Programme schlechte Bildqualität, Fenster Mangelhaft zum öffnen und kippen. WC direkt an der Zugangstür.
Begrenzte Ablagemöglichkeit. Dusche kombiniert mit Badewanne Bedienung und Handling schlecht.Altes Haus sehr niedrig, habe mir an der Treppe mehrfach den Kopf gestoßen.
Das gebuchte Zimmer war den Preis nicht wert. Kein Aufzug.wir werden dort nicht mehr als Gast sein. Essen und Frühstück durchschnittlich.
