The location was nice and convenient. The rooms were clean all the time. They accommodated my elder parents very well. It helps to have the hotel connect to the MOKO mall.
The WiFi is not good. It is spotty all the time and inconvenient for those that needed it to communicate and check their emails on their phones.

Beautiful hotel, great location with shops and metro on your doorstep, pool and gym, everything so clean
Beds so uncomfortable

The Royal Plaza Hotel is located in a perfect place. Close to Mong Kok East MTR Station.
I have nothing but good comments about this hotel

Location was perfect!
The hotel has a strong smell of damp and the walls are very thin so you can hear everything outside.
